Improving the utilization of the goat within the small farming systems will prove beneficial to the long term food supply of the needy.
Project Mercy has developed a concept that allows a family to receive a pair of goats, male and female. The family promises give back to Project Mercy the first male and female which is assigned to yet another family. We want this to be an endless cycle that becomes a foundational supply of milk and meat among 3rd world countries. This concept has met with favorable acknowledgement from city, provincial, and national government officials.
